Return/Refund Policy

TRADING CARD SINGLES: Refunds on trading card singles are not allowed. Prices of single cards can fluctuate quickly within a short period of time, and therefore we do not allow refunds or returns on single cards. The only exception to this policy is if the cards do not meet the condition stated at time of purchase. In this type of case the customer must return the cards to us, and we will either find acceptable replacements or refund the price. This does not apply to cards designated as HP (heavily played). There is no condition guarantee on HP cards.
